Why the triple X? Because the house has truly generous dimensions, bigger then GIOVE XXL PREMIUM, with its 10 meters of length and 4,5 of width, and a total area, including the terrace, of 67 sqm.

Saturno 3XL is built with natural materials such as wood, as a guarantee of solidity, stability, isolation, internal ventilation, thermal well-being. The exterior is made of PVC staves; the roof is made of deal wood.

It is a house with a luxurious and innovative design, with natural finishes and trendy at the same time.

The distinctive and characteristic element of Saturno 3XL is the living area with large windows on 2 sides, facing the large terrace of 20 sqm, also on 2 sides, so to become an outdoor extension of the living room, surrounded by green.

Inside, the clear division between the sleeping area and living area ensures maximum privacy and liveability.

The living area is composed of a fully equipped kitchen corner with counter, dining table and chairs, free standing fridge, dishwasher and microwave. In the living room there is a comfortable corner sofa which can become an extra bed for 2 people. The furniture is made of colour shades that are fresh and relaxing at the same time.

The sleeping area is composed of 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, with design sanitary.
