RANCH DEL MARE OPENS NEW INDOOR RIDING ARENA
A great achievement that increases the activity of the renowned equestrian centre
Ranch del Mare, a splendid riding school located inside Barricata Holiday Village, presents its new indoor riding stables for the 2021 season, a huge structure, 1,000 square meters in size, along with the stable with 22 boxes with communicating paddock, a sand field of 1,100 square meters, a 4,500 square meter grass field, all surrounded by 2 hectares of paddocks.
The Ranch is managed by the instructors and equestrian guides Chiara Angelini and Fausto Sturaro, who are great lovers of horses and their welfare. The two instructors are well known and respected within the national equestrian scene thanks to their specialized courses on the training and rehabilitation of troubled horses.
The team at Ranch del Mare consists of 6 instructors and riding guides. The management of the centre focuses on the welfare of the housed animals. The horses are housed as close as possible to their natural habitat, in large paddocks and in herds, fed with hay and, during the summer, fresh grass.
The favourable location of the Ranch, a few steps from the sea, allows for horse riding in the best climatic conditions, with breezy summers and mild winters.
The aim of the centre is to promote riding based on knowledge of ethological principles and biomechanics, aimed at all disciplines, from equestrian tourism to competition.
